I cannot thank you enough for the wonderful unicorns you sent for my daughter's 7th birthday party, they were so soft and adorable! We had a huge number of guests' mums and dads who wanted to know where they came from and I'm sure that you'll be getting more orders coming your way! We used you last year too for a teddy bear party and wanted to use you again. (I'm attaching a photo of last year's party!) This year as usual your delivery was unbelievably fast, the quality of the unicorns were of an excellent standard (I should know as I'm a commercial toy designer!) and everyone had such a great time making and playing with the unicorns. I'd just like to make a comment on the service I received: I placed my Internet order on Sunday 6th Feb. On Monday 7th I rang up and amended it slightly (kids are dreadful for changing their minds!) On Tuesday 8th my order was delivered to my door at 8:00AM. Service doesn't get any better than that! Also the products look great too!

What can I say but a great big THANK YOU for a fabulous birthday surprise for my daughter and her friends. Everyone, adults and children from the ages of 2-17 thought the bears were fabulous and loved wishing upon a star as well as naming their bears and designing T-shirts. On my daughter's birthday we inserted the voice box and couldn't have wished for a bigger smile on her face. She has shown everyone, family, friends as well as strangers in shops. All were very impressed!

This is the first time I have used your site and it was receommended to me by my friend who placed an order 2 weeks ago. I ordered the teddies on Sunday and they arrived here Tuesday - placed in my garage as requested if I was out. My daughter's party isn't until tomorrow so we haven't made the bears yet but the quality of them, the amount of stuffing for each and the quality of the party bags are fantastic. I especially liked the party game ideas (always good to get extra ideas!) and I absolutely loved the idea of putting a wish in the bears - my daughter is so excited about making them! I'm sure they will be a hit with all her friends and I'm convinced you will receive more orders from 'our way' in the future!

Just wanted to leave you some MORE positive feedback! My 6 year old daughter celebrated her birthday on Friday with 6 other friends at her  Be My Bear Party. Firstly I should say I was delighted with the prompt service, secondly the quality of the 12" bears I bought were fantastic - beautifully soft and so cute, who couldn't resist?! I let my daughter choose her own Teddy - she chose Blackberry, then we chose 3 other colours for her 6 friends. I must comment that all the ideas for "Teddy Bear Themed Parties" that your website offers are fantastic! We started the party with a "Bear Hunt", and said the one you find is the one you keep - we had no arguments, tears or tantrums - all the girls were delighted with what they found! All in all, a complete success, and one I will DEFINITELY recommend to any of my friends! Thanks for a fantastic service, and providing 7 happy little girls with some gorgeous teddies they can keep forever.

I just wanted to write a quick note to say a big thank you, as I wanted you to know how pleased I was with your goods, service etc. I held a Be My Bear party last week for my daughter and the kids absolutely loved it. The bears are beautiful, lovely and soft. I bought the 12" bears in different colours for the party and there wasn't even an argument over who got what colour because thekids all fell in love with their own individual bear. This is a brilliant idea and a great party idea. I bought the t-shirts for them to deocrate with fabric pens, and again this went down a storm - the kids loved bringing their bears to life. I'm not sure whether it's the Facebook post, or the note I put on my order which helped, but I just wanted to say a big "thank you" for sending my order even though I was officially past your Christmas deadline. Although I didn't need the bears until the 6th January, it has saved me a lot of stress that week wondering whether they would get to us in time.Even more impressive is the fact that you sent an email at 10.03 to say they'd been dispatched and they arrived at my door at 18.30, the same day!

Just to let you know that my daughter and her friend’s joint birthday party was brilliant.

We were thrilled with the speed of the order and its contents. The bears were really good quality and all the children loved them. The stuffing of the bears was easy especially as each bear has its own bag of stuffing and all the children found it reasonably straightforward to fill the bears. At the end they were delighted with the bears in their carry home boxes together with the birth certificate.

The party was a huge success and was a first amongst this group of children .

Many thanks for providing a first class service.

We should also be grateful if you would forward an additional birth certificate as there was a mistake made on one of the girls’ certificate. Your help would be much appreciated.
