• Be My Bear can cancel, withdraw or alter this scheme at any time, including these terms and conditions or any individual Be My Bear Rewards account.
• Be My Bear Rewards are only available for purchases through the Be My Bear retail website and not for purchases made in-store.
• Be My Bear do not issue physical cards for our Be My Bear Rewards scheme.
• The Be My Bear Rewards is strictly for personal, non-commercial use only; commercial use is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse. Be My Bear reserves the right, at point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a transaction constitutes commercial usage.
• Be My Bear can take any action it considers appropriate, including removing or suspending a Be My Bear Rewards account and points accrued if Be My Bear have reason to believe you are abusing the scheme.
• Be My Bear will remove unused Be My Bear Rewards points 90 days after they were issued or immediately if you close your Be My Bear Rewards account.
• Be My Bear Rewards scheme members must be a United Kingdom resident aged 18 years or over.
• The standard points issued under the Be My Bear Rewards scheme is one point for every £1 you spend on qualifying products and purchases; however the number of points collected can vary and some products are exempt from earning points.
• Be My Bear Reward points can only be collected if you have and are logged into an active Be My Bear Rewards account at the time of purchase. Users who opt to use the guest checkout feature will not accrue Be My Bear Reward points.
• One Be My Bear Reward point is worth one penny to spend on products online through the Be My Bear retail website. We will not exchange Be My Bear Reward points for cash and the offer is non-transferable.
• Be My Bear reserve the right to substitute or remove products and services available for Be My Bear Reward points collection and redemption without notice.
• If you return a product for a refund, we will deduct the number of points collected from your Be My Bear Rewards account.
• If a product you buy with Be My Bear Reward points is returned. If necessary, we will credit your account with the right number of points.  No cash refund will be given in these circumstances.
