Curious about how we recycle plastic to produce our planet friendly Eco products ?
Step 1: Type one Plastic Resin. Waterbottles (a PET plastic) are collected to be broken down and ground into smaller fragments.
Step 2: Crushing and Washing. The broken down PET plastics are sorted and arranged by colour.
Step 3: PET Resin. After being sorted, the raw materials are broken down even further into colourless resin pellets.
Step 4: Spinning and Crimping. The colourless resin pellets are spun and processed into fibre molecules.
Step 5: PET Fibre Processing. The spun and crimped fibre is transformed into soft, clean recycled polyester made directly from recycled water bottles.
Our Eco products are a premium range and carry a slightly higher price tag but at least it is we who are paying the price not our planet.
