Fun 4 All Fundraising
March 19, 2019 Ted BearAs you all know we have worked with the Roald Dahl Marvellous Children’s charity to create Marvin the crocodile, a bespoke licensed character who arrived into our warehouse in November. We are donating 10 per cent of all sales of Marvin to the charity which helps hundreds of sick children in the UK every year.
But one of our wholesale clients Cheshire based Fun 4 All have gone one better with a fun for all Marvin raffle in each of their three soft play sites, Macclesfield, Bromborough and Chester - raising an amazing £575 for the charity.
Russell and Debbie Gardener ran the fundraiser during February half term and sold tickets as people came in to the playcentres as well as publicising it on their Facebook page. What a scrumdiddlyumptious effort - many whizzpopping congratulations to the Fun 4 All team from all at Be My Bear!
The picture below shows Chloe one of the winners whose sister is disabled and is hospitalised regularly, with her Marvin prize at the Macclesfield centre.
