Unicorns from Be My Bear were chosen by Tamara Ecclestone and her husband Jay Rutland for a bear making experience for their daughter Sophia's 4th birthday. The party drew huge national press coverage with articles appearing in the Daily Mail, Hello and OK Magazine.
Hollyoaks
In perhaps the biggest role yet for a Be My Bear teddy (or 500 teddies as it turned out), hit television show Hollyoaks wrote our bears into its own storyline which finally came to an explosive end when the bears, fitted with cameras, exploded into flames with a bang!
Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt
Be My Bear were thrilled that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt chose a Be My Bear for their daughter Zahara Jolie-Pitt. Zahara had a small, un-credited part in Maleficent with her brother Pax and has also done some voice work for the animated movie Kung Fu Panda 3.
The X-Factor
The eleventh series of Simon Cowell's The X-Factor began on ITV on 30th August 2014. Be My Bear were pleased to be chosen to provide teddy bears with personalised X-Tra Factor t-shirts to the final contestants including Fleur East and winner Ben Haenow.
Prince William
We were honoured when Prince William accepted the gift of a Be My Bear for his (as then) unborn son Prince George during a trip to Wales in 2013. The bear was presented by St. David's Hospice, a charity providing care to patients in North Wales, who we supplied with promotional teddy bears.
The Apprentice
Our bears came under the scrutiny of multi-millionaire Lord Alan Sugar when Be My Bear was invited to London to display and pitch our bears to teams taking part in an early season of The Apprentice. Although never shown on screen, we were thanked in the credits!
Blackbear
What happens when American rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer blackbear walks into Kiss FM for an on-air interview? Both he and the host make bears from Be My Bear of course! The bears both featured custom printed t-shirts showcasing blackbear's latest album cover and also his logo as well as accessories such as baseball caps.
The Mimic
We were happy when British comedy television series The Mimic which aired on Channel 4 featured one of our bears in its show. The series centred on the fortunes of Martin Hurdle, a maintenance man with an uncanny ability to mimic voices and starred Terry Mynott.
Emma Hibbert Nicolet
Be My Bear were chosen to provide our Official Marvin the Marvellous Crocodile kits to Emma Hibbert Nicolet, radio host and presenter of Heart FM's Breakfast Show. The snappy crocs were purchased for her daughter Barley’s 4th birthday party with 10% of proceeds helping the charity.
Santa Claus
He's making a list, he's checking it twice; He's gonna find out who's naughty or nice, Santa Claus is coming to town! We were lucky to have Santa Claus visit Be My Bear in 2017 so he could pick up some bears to give to children during his travels on Christmas Eve!
